"Having trouble getting full acceleration. Just put in new plugs. Engine runs smooth, shifts into gears no problem idles steady. When we use the lever to increase power it only revs to maybe half it's capability, however, the lever is in the full speed position. Any ideas what to do next? It seems to be a mechanical adjustment somewhere."
