I have a sportwin model 9122r

I have a sportwin model 9122r its has two wires coming out of it do these need to be connected to a battery and if so how do I tell which is positive they are both white with red stripe

Exactly where do those two wires lead to? Connecting voltage to wires that one does not know where they lead can be quite disastrous.

JoeW, either order the wiring schematic and do it yourself, or take it in and have it serviced. At least JoeR got one thing right......never blindly power leads from a combustion engine. Brilliant.
