33 egg '84 props 18x 21 new we have replaced distributers plugs wires coil rebuilt carbs all filters replaced bottom cleaned painted . eng runs great to 3000 rpms wot but will not go beyound and speed about 10 to 12 knots max.fuel pressure 7.5 at carb. know one can figure out problem
