" Pete.... Yes, the shuttle valve has two springs, one on each side. If you dropped one in the dirt, use a magnet to locate it.

If lost in the shop on a concrete floor, look 20 feet away from where you were working, in back of a post under a cubby hole under the center of the workbench that's three feet in back of that bench behind a stud that's 1/2" wide. That's where things go that I drop.
