What is the diameter of the intake/exhaust pushrods in a 1979 model 350 454 cid engine? Is it 5/16 or 3/8? Thanks

"Guys, correct me if I'm wrong. I remember from my hot rodding days there were 3 different diameter pushrods for the big block. 5/16, 3/8, and 7/16. There was also a different pushrod for the 4 bolt main engine, as the block deck height was slightly higher. Naturally the push rod guide plates were matched to the pushrod. There were also different rockers depending on the lift of the cam. I think the best bet is to match them up. Sorry I couldn't be any more help. Stu"
