I have a 2002 150 hp Yamaha salt water series. Was out last weekend and got stuck on a sand bar. After freeing the boat, I noticed the water pressure indication starting to gradually fall off over 3-4 hours (from +/- 15 psi to 5 psi while running 4000 rpm), but still getting good stream of water out the pee hole and no indication of engine getting hot. Engine running a little rough at slow speed, but running great at high speed. Could it be the line to the water pressure gauge from the water pump is partially plugged? What should I investigate?"
