"2001 4 stroke T50 just starte
"2001 4 stroke T50 just started making odd noises when running below 2000RPM - sometimes a clink, sometimes a whine, sometimes sounds like weird bubbling. Motor itself should be OK, was serviced regularily and has very low hours. Suspect transmission? Motor runs fine at 2500-3500RPM, but above this revs sometimes just shoot up like cavitation for a few seconds. Goes back to normal if I throttle back to 3000. Prop is in fine shape. Feels like something is slipping sometimes. Any ideas?"
