Yahama oil tank pump

I have a 2004 150TXRC & wa

I have a 2004 150TXRC & was wondering what is the supplied voltage requirement for the oil pump?
I am getting 4-volts from the engine and was wondering if it should be 12V?
Also the emergency switch to fill the tank on the engine doesn't pump oil when toggled.
Any comments would be appreciated.

I have the same problem on a 1

I have the same problem on a 1996 Yamaha 150 hp. The oil isn't pumping from the resevoir to the tank in the engine. The toggle switch doesn't make it go either. Any chance you could send me the guide too? Thanks for any help you can give!
