"Need help troubleshooting a throttle linkage problem on a 1989 yamaha 200 hp (model 200etxf) Engine wont rev and prop doesnt seem to engage in foward or reverse position...dont think its the cable from throttle lever to engine can see movement , wondering about possible other linkage that could cause these 2 symptons...btw engine does rev when carbs are manually fed"
