"I have a 2005 Honda 150 4 stroke. I suspect there is water in my fuel, as it misses slightly at full throttle (I didn't stabilize my fuel over the winter).
I heard that Sta-bil is a good fuel additive. Any experience with using this product?"

"Thanks, Just-In-Time. What else do you think could cause the miss? It only does it at full throttle. Could it be gum in the carb after sitting up all winter?"
 
"I have a pair of '99 130s

"I have a pair of '99 130s and the port engine would skip and sometimes shut off under full throttle. I pulled the plugs and found one of them not burning as good as the others, replaced plugs and problem went away."
