"Anyone know if a 07 25HP has a rev limiter??
Trying to see if my hand held tach is correct at showing 6400 rpm's at wot with a 12 pitch prop, or tach is wrong. Didn't run it very long at 6400, but should it have sputtered at a limiter, or will it just EXPLODE!!!"
