A friend of mine has the exact same motor, somehow the belt drive water pump on the left of the motor snaped off. so he removed it...He had it installed in a 12 foot alluminum boat, it could be installed in a smaller 8 foot wooden hydro-plane boat (build your own project).... hope this will help/ "

"I use to work in the AMW factory. I have one of the same engines that I may sell also. They were used on all sorts of applications, mostly marine. The company merged with Cuyuna Engine Co. in 1994 and then became AMW/Cuyuna Engine company. Later they became 2Si Engine Company. That engine stopped being produced back in 1992 (I think).
