I have a Volvo Penta Inboard transmission , I need to know what kind of oil do I use.

transmission # MS3B 1,54 00486.

Also where can I get a manual for this transmission "

It sounds as if the Volvo Penta dealer can not get your publication, but if memory serves me correctly u can use engine oil for you gear
10W40
above 10C 20W30
below 10C 10#30
