That serial numberis not part of the index that I have... so I don't know the date of manufacture, but I would guess 1960-64.

As I mentioned, I am not sure of the exact year of your engine, but you will need the M-413 Maintenance Manual and the M-Series Supplement Manual. The M-413 Maintenance Manual is the "full" manual, and the Supplement covers the specs and the specifics (including torque) of the M-413B,D,& E engines.
