" This engine is not fuel injected, it has electronic ignition. The problem is when the
engine is at 3000 rpm's, the regular speed that it has been used for about ten years with no
problems. it is now surging: slows down and then picks up. All the things that one might think would cause this has been checked with no results. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. "
