"A short time ago I noticed a small amount of lower unit oil on my concrete & noticed it was coming from a small hole on the forward part of the lower unit casing above the hub.

I now have water invading the lower unit & would like to know how to correct the problem. When I tried to flush it out & refill with new oil it was coming out of 2 small holes on the forward part of the casing while I was refilling.

Can or should a do-it-yourselfer try to correct the problem?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,
