Crusader 454XL Starts and dies at lower rpmbs

1994 Crusader will start just

1994 Crusader will start just fine and keep running at about 1600 rpms +. Lower than that it just dies. Has been in winter storage for 5 months. Did use Sta -bil in both tanks for both engines. Only the 1 is causing problems. Choke seems to be working fine. Not sure what to do next

The smallest jets in the carb are the idle jets, they are clogged, so it will not idle. Have someone pull the tops off the carbs and clean idle jets."

"Thanks. Before doing that, I tried using a carb and choke cleaner. I then removed the two idle needles and cleaned throughly also spraying some into the holes . It worked for some unknown reason.

May be only temporary but I was able to set idle at 800 rpms and ran for about 20 mins. Then took for a spin where everything worked great.

Thanks for the help - set me in the right direction and I seem to have lucked out."
