I have a 1989 70hp and had it totaly rebuilt about a year ago and had the oil injection removed now the motor starts and runs good but after a little while of running the rpm's drop to 2700 and it won't go any higher until I shut it down and then it will do the same thing again always going to 2700 rpm's
