Sounds like he may have added a water heater that has the attachments for running it through the engine?

There should be a 1/2" Pipe Plug in the Intake Manifold, right near the T-Stat housing,.....
That's the Hottest Water you're going to find in That motor......
The last 1 I did, had a 1/2" Pipe Plug in the circulating Waterpump for the Return line......"
