Does anyone know the approx th

Does anyone know the approx the dry weight of DD 6V92 450hp including gear box? Investigating the benefits of replacing the above engine in a light 37ft f/glass boat for a Peninsular 275hp at 1000 lbs dry. The boat is well overpowered at 450hp. Also does anyone know of the likely compatability of the Peninsular to the DD gearbox?? Appreciate any comments or feedback.
