"1965 Johnson 9.5hp Sat in garage for 3 years but ran excellent before that.This year, pull and it turns over but will not start. went through carb completely, changed fuel pump, went through cylinders and rebuilt with new rings, gets equal compression both cylinders, gets good fuel flow to carb, replaced needle and seat and new float.Could it be a timing problem? How do you check or set timing?"
