I have A 100hp 4 stroke with

I have A 100hp 4 stroke with 830hrs. runs perfect!!! but drools what appears to be engine oil out of the water intake port that you put the flush muffs on. this can't be good. the oil level in the crankcase is about 3/16" over full on the dip stick. The motor is used for salmon fishing and about 80% of the hours put on the motor is 800 rpm trolling. This motor rarely is run above 4000 rpm. HEEEEELP.

does the oil have a gas smell

does the oil have a gas smell to it?
if so bad fuel pump
the oil level should be halfway up the stick not over it
 
is the oil damaging to the wat

is the oil damaging to the water pump impellar or is this a way for the oil to excape
 
oil down there is either
driv

oil down there is either
driveshaft seal or crank seal
pressure check the lower unit
if u smell gas in your engine oil u have a problem
oil on the impeller will make the rubber soft cause not a full pumping
