86 sea ray omc cobra. i got lo

86 sea ray omc cobra. i got lots of water getting accumulated on the boat for a day at the lake. wich is the gasket or seal that needs attention. is it an easy fix?

If it wasn't drained properly it may have frozen and the end cap(s) can pop off,or partialy push off; causing a leak. Had the problem a few years ago. I managed to solder the end back on."
