"Was hard to start after sitting 2 weeks. New plugs are wet, 12 volts at battery, fuel pumps not leaking, primer pump working and I replaced the bulb in the fuel line."
 
I fixed the problem myself. F

I fixed the problem myself. Found out that the battery was a 400 CCA and the boat needed a 850 CCA designed for EFI engines. Boat starts great now. I was not getting enough volts to the computer.
