I heard that on these new Hon

I heard that on these new Honda and Mercury 9.9 models you can remove the governor to make it gain horsepower. Does anyone know how many horses it will gain once the governor is removed? Thanks for any info.

" you can remove the governor on most any engine equipped with one and gain horses but that governor was installed to keep those motors from blowing from over revving. ka----pow, then they are anchors "
