" I bought this motor recently, when I got it would'nt run smoothly in the thrash can, like a lean sneeze I could'nt richen up. So I have rebuilt the carb & replaced the fuel pump. It will idle and run great in the can,lean or rich.But when I get out on the water, It seems like the carb is loading up at take off, when it finally takes off it seems to lean out so much it kicks every 3 or 4 seconds(only on the water. the can it runs fine.)what could it be? "
