" Hi Michaelm1. The Mono had Tecumseh power head.
Look for a powerhead disgram on a Mono outboard
parts list, and you won't find it. That's because
the Mono Manuf. Co. based in Springfield, Mo.,
got the 2-cycle engines for its outboards from
the Tecumseh people. They began making them
around 1963. FromA 3 TO 7 1/2 HP. Hope this
