I have a Montgomery Ward Sea

I have a Montgomery Ward Sea King 15 HP outboard that came with the boat I bought. I'm trying to figure out what year it is so I can buy a manual for it. The Model # is VWB 52119B and the serial # is 18X 23738. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

That is a 1982 Montg

That is a 1982 Montgomery Ward motor made by Chrysler. I can supply manuals if you need them. The Parts manual is specific for that motor and model. The Service manual is the Chrysler manual for that HP and year.

You can order it from the Chrysler outboard page, just enter that Montgomery Ward model number.

I would like to know the model year of a Montgomery Ward Sea King 15hp outboard that I just purchased. The model number is VWB52119B and the serial is 18X22805. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I am also interested in purchasing a manual. Are parts hard to come by for this motor?
