Is it normal that to get the

Is it normal that to get the engine to run real good when trolling i have to get it a bit ritcher on the high speed screew approx. 1/4 of a turn when i go slow. Then to go fast again I have to lean it back approx 1/4 turn. I tried everything and if i don't make it ritcher on the hight speed i can go slow but not as slow. Besides that the engine is perfect. Is this normal or should i try something else??
To adjust it i already did the Procedure that Mr.Reeves explain on this forum.Thats the best i could get.
