I have just bought a new (

I have just bought a new (leftover)2005 Triton 2486 WAC with the 300 HPDI. I have read about high oil comsumption and fouled plugs being a problem as well as factory recalls for this engine. The engine was manufactured in 5/04.Any info would be appreciated. I thought I was buying a top quality engine. Now I am concerned. Thanks
