I have an 84 Starcraft with a

I have an 84 Starcraft with a 3.8L V6 OMC engine. I have absolutely no power or spark on a brand new fully charged battery...I believe the master fuse to be blown but i cannot find it. Does anyone know where to find it- would it be in the engine compartment somewhere or under the dash?? Please Help.

"Starcraft used two circuit breakers located back on the inside of the transom, near the battery, but they do not power ene engine, only the boat electrical. If my memory serves me, there are three large in-line fuses on the engine. They are encased in black rubber housings and may or may not be clipped into a bracket. I recall them being on the top, possibly on the intake manifold.

A service manual has a much better memory than me, you might want to look into one.
