May have a bad head gasget

I put my boat in the lake tod

I put my boat in the lake today and when I tried to
start it the plugs fouled. When I removed them
the bottom one was full of milky looking oil and water mixture. this could have been there from last
year. this happened once before and it happened to the same plug . I have not checked the compression
I plan to do that soon. I leave my pontoon at the lake but I can do some checks with it on the water.
any one have any ideas?

it is a 70 Hp johnson 3 cyl a

it is a 70 Hp johnson 3 cyl about a 1976 year model
I will check compression and replace the gasket soon
