"My 85 hp force does not want to idle. I took the top off the moter and it seems to do better. I pulled one of the plugs and it was wet and smelled like fuel. could this be as simple as me not mixing the fuel/oil just right? I bought the boad three two years ago, the guy who owned it had the carbs rebuilt and tuned. He spent close to $600.00 to get this done. I have the receipt for this.
