"I would like to know if for instance i bore my engine .20 over if standard pistons with .20 over rings can be used or if the pistons must be changed to .20 over.
If I have to change pistons for that,I don't want to do it. In that case,can the damaged cylinder sleeve be replaced?
Engine was damaged by floated valve. thanks!"

"yes. if You rebore, You must change pistons. I don't believe You can resleeve. new pistons are not that big of a deal. check with Your machine shop re: cost."

Cylinders are bored to Match the Pistons......

The Cost of Sleeving 1 cylinder would be about the Same Money as buying a new set of Pistons......

Sleeving just 1 cylinder would also give you 1 cylinder that's "Spec",+ 3 that Aren't......."
