Recently returned from a trip

Recently returned from a trip and motor was running fine from start to finish. Now two weeks later I went to start the motor and the engine wont turn over. It appears to have seized. Is there a simple solution? Motor was not running hot on last outing.
 
"Pull the cylinder head /spark

"Pull the cylinder head /sparkplugs and look for water intrusion,Check lower unit for water.Water in a motor sitting for some time rusts up / locks bearing in short order."
