Jupiterzeke - thanks a bunch! You are saying I can go with gapless plugs? - As in the L78V's are the same style as the L76V's?

Jon;Yes L78V is an alternate plug for your engine it works best in sustained hispeed applications.I took those previous recomendations right from my latest[Feb 2003]dealer catalog from Bombardier/Johnson/Evinrude L78V's are similar but "hotter" than L76V Zeke

" Thanks again, I wish I had known that. This things still not broken in yet & is on the 25:1 mix, the plugs are perpetually fouled. Gapless is much easier to clean.
