Converting from tiller to front steer

How hard would it be to conver

How hard would it be to convert a 40hp tohatsu tiller steer to front steer/throttle? I don't have exact model details atm but any general advice would be great until I can supply it. Cheers.
 
not hard is it a 40c or 40d

not hard is it a 40c or 40d i think im not sure but you would need an src kit if they have on for that motor its not hard just you have to have the parts
