" I just bought this motor Model E40TECEC s#G 02271837. It has a jet pump. No matter what I do I cannot get the touch/trim to work. When in reverse at idle I can manualy get it to lift, lower, and lock OK. I cannot get it to automatically function, either at idle or underway. Is this due to the jet and I have to live with it or can something else be done?
