Steering is very hard. The steering cable is free but the engine is not. I have greased the fittin and grease comes out of the bottom joint but not the top. Steering is still very hard. Is there any tip to get grease to the topjoint. I have used a whole large tube of grease and it just keeps coming out of the bottom joint.
