"Hi,
Motor is a 2001 90hp Yam

"Hi,
Motor is a 2001 90hp Yamaha.
It starts easy, idles well and runs great up high.
Between about 1500 and 2000 rpm it runs really rough and shakes. Like its only on 2 cylinders.
Comps are good.... Any other suggestions??"
 
Carbs have been cleaned.

What could of possibly gone wrong with my transfer ports??

The throttle plates might be opening too soon or too late, causing poor fuel mixture in that rpm range.
