It was my understanding that t

It was my understanding that the sleeve on the mercruiser 470 was not replacable. However I have seen 470's advertised for sale with the comment that they had been resleeved.
So is this possible? Where would you get the sleeve? What is involved in replacing the sleeve (special tools etc)?
