The motor will not run i pull

The motor will not run i pulled on it for about 2 hours today it will not even try to start it is firing and getting gas to the bottom plug but the top plug is dry
 
Check spark it MUST jump a 5/

Check spark it MUST jump a 5/16" gap in free air on BOTH cylinders. Check compression.Check reed valves.
