" first start of the season for my 2000 rinker w/454mpi.Boat was winterized. Put all plugs back in,ran enigne for 20 minutes and temp came up to 140 deg. which is usual. I was giving the engine a once over and notice a tiny little drip coming from the back bolt of one of the exhuast risers at the bottom where it bolts to the engine. checked engine oil and no water in it. The idled fine. Scared to take it out because i don't want to do any damage to the engine. The water that drips out is like a old slowly dripping faucet. What is the fix for this problem? Is there a gasket that may be cracked or do the bolt need some sort of sealant on them. Can some please help! "

" Riser gasket needs to be replaced. Inspect the mating surface before reassembly, looking closely for pits or cracks. If the gasket is leaking outward, it is likely to be leaking inward as well. Good luck. "
