I am looking into buying an 8

I am looking into buying an 83'Renken 21' with this motor. Does anyone know the horse power of this motor? Also is it possible to mount a newer motor on the sea drive bracket or would I need a new bracket? The boat is cheap and the motor runs well. Any information is appreciated. Thank you.

Peter;Renken was never really anything but a little-better-bayliner that motor is 110/115hp and knowing Renken it's mounted too low on the transom.MAKE SURE you have a professional as in John/Rude dealer to check it over BEFORE you buy it as it old enough to vote!!! Zeke
