" Carbs rebuilt, electronics replaced, full tune up, compression good..this thing runs great in nuetral, revs good has good throttle response, etc. BUT, as soon as I shift it in gear(electric shift) it won't even reach half throttle, boat won't plain, engine won't rev, just kinda bogs at a steady rpm. eats alot of gas though. Suggestions? anything at all? thanks. John "
