" I have a 1996 Johnson 115 and the Tach just quit like it lost all power. It is the type of tach that has the four warning lights for "low oil, no oil" etc. When the ignition is first turned on, the warning lights go through a self test and go out. Now, nothing happens and the tach neddle is basically stuck on 2000 rpms. Is there possible there is a fuse or something simple that can be the problem. Please note, this was the first time the boat was out after being stored for the winter in an unheated garage that certainly got below freezing for a few day. Engine ran fine. Thanks for any help. "
