" I have been baffled by this 1990 30. I went through the Clymer Shop Manual and can not find out how to adjust the idle speed. The cable controlled by the throttle handle pushes a threaded follower, but I can't figure out how to change it! "

I to have a 1990 Johnson 25HP that was converted to a 30HP. I am certain the intake manifold was also changed. I was also wondering if you solved the problem with your broken tilt and steering bracket. If you havent I may be able to help you as I have an extra one. You can e-mail me at [email protected]."
