" Hello,I am looking at 2 used 302 egines to puchase.One of the engines is counter rotating. My question is can a counter rotator by switched back to a standard rotation.The people I have talked to say you can just change the distibuter.Is this correct,or is there more to it. Thanks David "

" More to it than that. Cam is different, Crank has slinger holes drilled in the opposite direction, etc.Besides if you have both engines turning the same direction, it will be very difficult to overcome torquing action of both props twisting boat around. Kim "
