" I have a Boston Whaler with the 115 OMC Turbojet and have been plaged with overheating problems, I boat on the intercoastal waterway in Florida and have to go through shallow water to get there. I really think it's the OMC because of the small 3/8" intake. Everytime it overheats I have to pul the engine and replace the gromets on the heads.
My question is, does anyone know how to convert to optional cooling methods? I was thinking maybe just a pump and scupper, this at least would not suck so much sand in. "
