Yamaha 60hp 4 stroke. Digital

Yamaha 60hp 4 stroke. Digital speedo and mileage reading has stopped working. It was working one moment then froze on the reading it was currently at. Now it has stopped showing speed and mileage. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

there will be a clear plastic tube, that is the speedo reading tube
pull that off
now u will need compressed air to blow from the outboard lower unit
go to the lower units starboard side and u will see a little pickup on the round part of the lower unit
blow air in that fitting, watch out though water will be flying out of the tube u disconnected at the gauge
